Overview

Greenways Carbon specializes in carbon capture, utilization, and trading solutions for industries. We combine biochar-based carbon removals with CO₂ mineralization to deliver high-quality, permanent carbon removal credits certified under international standards.

Biochar Carbon Removal

Permanent carbon sequestration from agricultural waste. Biochar produced through slow pyrolysis of rice husk locks carbon into a stable solid form with 100+ year permanence, while generating co-benefits for soil health and farmer income from biomass sourcing.

CO₂ Mineralization

India's first commercial CO₂ mineralization plant converts captured carbon dioxide into stable mineral forms with 1,000+ year geological permanence. Unlike biological storage, there is no reversal risk — making this one of the highest-quality carbon removal pathways available.

Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW)

Application of crushed silicate rock to agricultural soils to accelerate natural carbon drawdown. ERW provides co-benefits including improved soil fertility, pH correction, and increased crop yields — while generating measurable, durable carbon removal credits.

Ocean Alkalinity Enhancement & Engineered CCUS

We actively monitor and evaluate emerging engineered carbon dioxide removal pathways — including ocean alkalinity enhancement (OAE), direct air capture integration, and novel geochemical approaches.
